| In addition to the State Fair, the MO State Fairgrounds
is host to a variety of horse shows, each year. Two indoor
arenas, The Coliseum and the Mathewson Exhibition Center
(the latter one air conditioned) provide ample space for large
shows running concurrently. Additionally, there are many
practice areas for tuning up. The barns sit in between the
arenas, and for overflow situations, there are tents for
portable stalls. In the barns there are roomy box stalls,
and wash facilities. |

If you are competing at these arenas, the truck/trailer
entrance is off 16th street. There are multiple access roads
along 16th, but one gate will be clearly marked for
'Horses'.
